Booking requests

We collect the name, email address, optional phone number, requested home, dates, guest count, and optional preferences you submit so we can respond and manage your request. Please do not submit identification documents, payment information, health information, or children’s personal details. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Owner and builder inquiries

We collect the contact details, relationship to the property, property address, bedroom and bathroom counts, readiness, and comments you submit to discuss a potential hosting or management arrangement. Inquiries are stored in our private dashboard and emailed to the owner through Cloudflare. Authorized management accounts and read-only assistants can review them. Submitting does not enroll you in marketing. Contact us to request correction or deletion.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in our Cloudflare database. Guest request details are emailed to the owner for a prompt response, with follow-up reminders until marked contacted or resolved. Authorized management accounts and authorized read-only assistants can review them to help operate the business. Public availability shows unavailable dates only; it does not display guest names or contact details. Pending requests do not reserve a home.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores requests, provides private admin sign-in, delivers guest sign-in emails, and supplies Turnstile spam protection. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, security signals, and access logs. We do not install advertising or optional analytics tools.

Guest sign-in

We verify your email with a one-time code that expires after 10 minutes. A temporary cookie connects verification to the browser where you requested the code. The My stays portal shows requests linked to that verified email only. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 24 hours. We store hashed session tokens, short-lived verification records, and limited rate-limit data to protect sign-in. Sign out on shared devices.

Your choices

Email zach@holbrookpropertygroup.com or call 601.391.6671 to ask about your request, correct it, withdraw it, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Clearing the form only removes entries from the current page, not requests already submitted, backups, or provider logs. Records may need to be retained to administer an agreed stay or meet applicable obligations. This site is intended for adults arranging accommodation.

Cookies

Private sign-in may use authentication cookies. Spam protection may process browser signals. We do not use this form for advertising tracking. Cloudflare privacy policy.
